Cost:
At Bestec Service we repair electric and gas appliances of all makes and models on the market including ovens, stoves, cooktops, washing machines, rangehoods and dishwashers.
The service call-out fee is $160 (GST included) and includes the first 30 minutes of inspection. Any additional labour is charged at $25 (GST included) per 15-minute block or part thereof. Note: Most appliances are diagnosed within the first 30 minutes.
If a part needs to be replaced, this is not included in the call-out fee and will incur an additional charge. Our technicians will let you know the price before replacing any parts. If the technician does not carry the specific part and it has to be ordered, you do not have to pay another call-out fee the next time that technician comes back to fit the new part(s), just the part(s) and labour costs.Request a booking or quote:

Our technicians are obligated to show customers the new parts before they are installed, and return bad parts once the work is done. Bestec Service does not repurpose or reuse parts from old or discarded machines; such machines are disposed of properly.*
Although our fully-qualified technicians are licenced, experienced, and comply with all safety standards, we know that accidents can still happen during repairs or after the work is finished. That is why Bestec Service has a comprehensive insurance policy that guarantees you peace of mind during and after repairs.
